Job Summary: Ensure correct product loading onto delivery routes, guaranteeing alignment with invoicing and destination, while complying with safety, order, and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Verify and ensure correct product loading on assigned routes, guaranteeing that weight (tons) and products match the invoice and designated destination, while complying with safety, order, and hygiene standards. Responsibilities -Balance the load evenly within the vehicle. -Report shortages, discrepancies, or physical changes to the product. -Organize pallets and keep the loading dock clean and orderly. -Deliver the documentation for the loaded route to the vehicle driver. Requirements -Experience in loading, shipping, or warehouse operations (desirable). -Availability for operational work. -Attention to detail and teamwork. -Responsibility and adherence to processes. -Availability to rotate shifts . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 46 years Knowledge: Communication, Innovation, Warehouse Management, Loading and Unloading of Goods, Results Orientation, Shipping Logistics, Organization Keywords: controller, dispatcher, dispatcher
