REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed High School Experience: Minimum 1 year in self-service stores, supermarkets, or convenience stores (Preferred) COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of grocery products Staff supervision and leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Bank deposits, cash reconciliation, and valuables handling. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the promotion and sale of slow-moving products. Inform supervised staff about newly cataloged products and promote them through the monthly sales strategy. Conduct cashier audits. Manage returns and ensure compliance with the return process. Process line cancellations at checkout during your shift.
