We are seeking a **Marketing Executive** with experience in e-commerce and advertising campaigns to join our team and contribute innovative strategies that drive the positioning and sales of our products and services. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. * Age: 25 years or older. * Gender: No preference. * Minimum experience: 3 years in similar positions within the aforementioned sector. * Knowledge and proficiency in: * CRM systems and data analytics platforms. * Digital Marketing (including campaigns on Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads). * Social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Mercado Libre, among others). * Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and artificial intelligence applied to marketing. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns. * Identify market opportunities in collaboration with the sales team. * Analyze consumer trends and behavior to propose effective strategies. * Generate sales opportunities and strengthen brand identity. * Organize and participate in industry events: trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities. * Manage and optimize social media and e-commerce platforms. * Manage CRM and assign leads to sales personnel.
