Plan EAD routes jointly with administrative support staff. Operate under FEFO (First-Entry, First-Out) system. Assign drivers to corresponding routes. Validate mobile unit departure process. Periodically review reports on merchandise with delivery issues. Supervise that team members fully collect customer proof-of-receipt documentation.
