Responsibilities Performing facial treatments and "face workout" techniques Professional follow-up with clients before/after services Selling add-ons, tools, and products Maintaining the treatment room and equipment in optimal condition Adhering to franchise protocols and standards Providing warm, approachable, and professional service at all times Requirements Certification in cosmetology/aesthetics Minimum 1 year of experience (or recent graduates with outstanding attitude and sales ability) Excellent personal presentation Responsible, courteous, approachable, and proactive Strong sales aptitude Passion for wellness and human-centered care Salary and Compensation Base salary + tips + commissions: 8% on services Ongoing training Position type: Full-time, probationary period Contract duration: 12 months Salary: $8,500.00 – $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
