Opportunity for growth and development **Job Objective** A leading company in the rental, sale, and maintenance of electric generators, compressors, and lighting towers seeks a Commercial Executive to support the sales department in sales processes, ensuring proper order receipt, quotation preparation, and internal tracking of rentals, while delivering efficient customer service. **Responsibilities** * Ensure that the sales process is carried out according to established procedures. * Prepare quotations for customers. * Conduct commercial follow-up with active customers and prospects. * Process rental orders. * Maintain and update customer databases. * Register and track information in the company’s CRM system. * Attend training sessions as required. **Obligations** * Receive orders through the company’s communication channels (telephone, WhatsApp, email, and website). * Request from customers the specifications of their requirements. * Send maintenance personnel documentation to the customer upon request. * Send and receive the customer’s sales contract for delivery to the Finance Department. * Receive data and documentation from new customers. * Share customer information with the Accounting Department for billing purposes. * Follow up on quotations according to the sales process. * Assist sales promoters and department heads with occasional tasks. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary of $9,710.00 * Uncapped monthly commissions * Statutory benefits * Training and development in technical and management areas * Opportunity for career growth within a solid company. **Working Hours** Start time: 8:00 am End time: 6:00 pm Workdays: Monday–Friday **Work Location** C. 28 519–local 6, Maya, 97134 Mérida, Yuc.
