A major company is seeking a bilingual recruiter. The bilingual recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for **clients located in the United States and internal openings within the U.S. operation**, as part of a staffing agency. Although this position is onsite in Mexico, all recruitment activities, communications, and coordination will focus exclusively on the **U.S. market**. This role requires **advanced proficiency in English and professional experience actively using English**, as it involves continuous verbal and written communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams located in the United States and other regions, across diverse accents and cultural contexts. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for: * Clients located in the United States * Internal openings within the U.S. operation * Source, evaluate, and screen candidates for operational and specialized positions. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between: * Candidates and clients in the United States * Candidates and internal teams located in the United States * Maintain ongoing communication in English via phone calls, video calls, and email. * Execute and manage **onboarding** processes when required as part of the service offered to clients or for the internal team. * Schedule and coordinate **drug screening tests in the United States** for candidates. * Initiate, submit, and follow up on **criminal background check requests** for candidates. * Draft, review, edit, and manage documentation in **Word and PDF** formats. * Use **Adobe Acrobat** to edit PDF files and manage digital signatures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the **(ATS)**. * Prepare and present **recruitment performance and activity reports**. * Collaborate closely with internal, client, and external teams in English. * Ensure professional and respectful communication aligned with a diverse, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace culture. **Requirements** * **Advanced English (listening, speaking, and writing) – non-negotiable** * Ability to sustain fluent conversations throughout the workday. * Professional-level documentation writing at the corporate level. * Ability to understand legal and compliance documentation related to onboarding processes. * **Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience recruiting for the U.S. market**, including consistent collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders communicating in English. * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field** * Experience using an **(ATS).** * Experience with **onboarding processes.** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**: * Word: advanced level. * Excel: minimum intermediate level (proficiency in tables; pivot tables and charts are a plus). * Experience editing documents in **Word and PDF.** * Ability to work under pressure and manage significant stress levels. * Strong verbal communication skills; confident, proactive, and self-motivated individual. * High level of cultural awareness and respect for diversity.
