Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Pet Paw, focused on administrative control, customer service, and support for digital sales operations in e-commerce. Key Highlights: 1. We seek to integrate into our team an Administrative Assistant focused on administrative control, customer service, and support for digital sales. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing invoices and credit notes (CFDI). * Applying and reconciling customer payments. * Tracking and managing local and national orders (logistics and shipment status). * Customer service via WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Managing sales on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business). * Prospecting follow-up and closing digital sales. * Supporting daily operations of the online store (Shopify / marketplaces). * Preparing administrative and sales reports. * Proposing improvements for e-commerce processes and customer experience. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, e-commerce, or digital sales. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Experience in social media and digital customer service. * Preferred knowledge of Shopify, Mercado Libre, Amazon. * Commercial profile: organized, proactive, and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth within the company. * Dynamic environment focused on digital commerce.
