**LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **Main Objective:** Responsible for supervising the procurement of necessary supplies for effective branch operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing process, contributing to profitability through inventory control and supplier negotiation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct supervision of supply purchasing needs and timely restocking across all branches, meeting assigned performance indicators for categories A and B. * Visit branches to ensure and verify compliance with assigned food and beverage percentage targets. * Implement processes that improve overall efficiency while respecting established A and B budgets, reducing costs without compromising product quality. * Plan purchases based on individual branch needs by analyzing sales versus raw material consumption, establishing standards to centralize information for decision-making. * Prepare various A and B budgets to ensure profitability across business units. * Regional monitoring based on external branch factors to conduct product comparisons and analysis, making decisions regarding substitute products and providing relevant information to branches. * Negotiate purchase terms and raw material acquisitions with various suppliers to obtain the best prices, and manage the bonuses offered by suppliers. * Expand the supplier portfolio according to the geographic location of branches and standardize supplier relationships. * Manage and administer the ERP inventory system to maintain control over branch purchases and supplies. * Prepare purchasing budgets. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school diploma. \- Bachelor's degree preferred. \- Warehouse experience required. **We Offer:** **Base Salary \+ Preferential Discounts \+ Development and Growth \+ Job Mobility \+ Gift Card \+ Meal Allowance \+ Psychological Support.** Job Type: Permanent position Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Sick days * Option for indefinite contract * Referral program Work Location: On-site
