




**Company Description:** At AMEDIRH, we share the TALENT of individuals according to their knowledge, experience, and competencies, enhancing the value of our partners' culture through behaviors and attitudes that differentiate them in the labor market. **Job Mission:** Process urban permits and compile documentation for obtaining licenses and authorizations for real estate developments. **Job Responsibilities:** An Amedirh partner company is seeking a “TLP ASSISTANT” REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Habitat Design or Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in urban procedures and permits for real estate developments. * Experience with AutoCAD 2D, geographic information systems (QGIS or ArcGIS), and interpretation of blueprints. * Experience handling procedures with CONAGUA (not essential). * Knowledge of construction regulations, real estate development laws, etc. * Note: Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license. ACTIVITIES * Ensure permit application folders are properly compiled before submission to the relevant authorities. * Generate the necessary information for requested permits. * Keep updated on requirements for procedures. * Visit government agencies to carry out required procedures. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in urban procedures and permits for real estate developments.
