Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform accounting and administrative tasks, including managing invoicing, customer service, and payment control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in electronic invoicing and customer and supplier service 2. Management of customer and product onboarding and preparation of sales reports 3. Proficiency in Aspel SAE systems and Office suite * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. * Age: 27 years and older. * Marital status: Any. * Experience: Minimum one year in a similar position. **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team. * Solid knowledge of electronic invoicing procedures. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Office suite. * Basic-to-intermediate accounting knowledge. * Proficiency in SAE system. * Customer and supplier service. **Responsibilities:** * Onboard customers and products into the Aspel SAE system. * Accurately and promptly issue invoices to customers or suppliers as applicable. * Issue certificates. * Verify delivery of delivery notes and invoices. * Upload invoices to customer portals. * Prepare sales reports. * Issue credit notes. * Address and follow up on customer complaints and inquiries. * Maintain and monitor records of received and pending payments. * Assist in reviewing discrepancies between records and payments.
