Position Summary: We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant with proven experience in the real estate and construction sectors, possessing solid accounting and regulatory knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the real estate and construction sectors 2. Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) notices and legislation 3. Proficiency in accounting techniques based on Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax laws Certified Public Accountant with experience in the real estate and construction sectors Knowledge of AML notices and legislation Intermediate Excel proficiency; Contpaq Accounting; Contpaq Payroll; SUA Knowledge of accounting techniques based on NIF Proficiency in Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), and IMSS laws INEGI reports Proven experience in the real estate sector Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
