Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure financial, accounting, and cash flow control, generating reliable information for strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Support Management in budgeting and financial analysis. **Position Objective** Ensure financial, accounting, and cash flow control of operations through highly operational management, with tactical capability to streamline processes and generate reliable information for decision-making, while maintaining a strategic vision focused on efficiency, profitability, and risk control. **Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial and Accounting Operations (70%)** * Supervise and execute the company’s **comprehensive accounting control**. * Lead the **accounting, treasury, collections, and financial reporting** areas. * Ensure **accurate and timely recording** of transactions in the ERP (Odoo or similar). * Control **revenues, expenditures, inventories, and costs**, considering the perishable nature of the product. * Guarantee **tax and accounting compliance** (monthly closings, reconciliations, accruals). * Supervise the **centralization of collections** and accounts receivable control. * Monitor **daily cash flow** and liquidity requirements. **Tactical Management and Control (20%)** * Design, document, and strengthen **internal processes and controls**. * Standardize **credit, collections, and payment policies**. * Generate clear and timely reports for Management (sales, margin, accounts receivable, cash flow). * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Track key financial indicators (KPIs). **Strategic Support (10%)** * Analyze profitability by business unit, product, or branch. * Support Management in **budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis**. * Identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement. * Participate in decisions regarding growth, operational efficiency, and resource optimization. **Required ProfileEducation** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Preferred: specialization or diploma in finance, internal control, or ERP. **Experience** * **5 to 8 years** of experience in controller or operational finance roles. * **Mandatory experience in retail**, preferably food, grains, or perishables. * Direct hands-on experience in **accounting, treasury, and collections**. * Experience implementing or working with **Odoo-type ERP systems** (mandatory). * Experience leading administrative/financial teams. **Technical Knowledge** * General and tax accounting. * Cash flow and budgetary control. * Inventory and cost control for perishable products. * Odoo ERP or similar systems. * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * Financial reporting and data analysis.
