




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in billing, reconciliations, and customer service, responsible for issuing invoices, reconciling payments, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in billing, reconciliation, and customer account management. 2. Proficiency in accounting systems CONTPAQi and/or Odoo (preferred). 3. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. **Position: Accountant** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Saturday:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Calle 41 x 48a y 84 b, Col. Centro, Mérida** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting, Finance, or related field** **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in a similar position **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue and record invoices for periodic premium payments of prepayment plans (monthly, biweekly, and weekly). * Validate contracts and commercial terms to ensure accurate billing of plans. * Apply and reconcile received bank payments (cash, wire transfers, direct debits, and automatic charges). * Provide customer support regarding billing inquiries and clarifications. * Prepare billing, collections, and customer account reports. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations related to premium payments. * Support accounting and administrative tasks required by the department and other administrative areas. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in accounting systems **CONTPAQi** and/or **Odoo** (preferred). * Knowledge of electronic invoicing, bank reconciliations, and account portfolio control. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. * Customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
