Key Requirements: * Education: High school diploma (preferably technical degree or TSU in administration or accounting). * Experience: 1 year in administrative tasks, archiving, or document control. * Proficiency in basic Excel. * Desired: knowledge of internal regulations, attention to structured processes. * Availability to travel to Yucatán, Campeche, and Quintana Roo. * Driver's license or chauffeur license desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Carry out procedures related to the institution's movable and immovable assets (licenses, permits, registrations, banking matters, etc.) to comply with external regulatory guidelines. * Distribute stationery, physical resources, promotional materials, and internal messages to branches and locations, ensuring timely delivery for operational activities. * Assist in conducting inventory checks at branches and locations. * Procure supplies for branches and locations. * Provide support to internal departments to ensure administrative compliance.
