




**SINBIO is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team** **Main Responsibilities:** Expenses * *Record and control company expenses.* * *Assist in the preparation of expense reports.* * *Support invoicing processes.* * *Prepare, receive, and organize documentation.* * *Update data in software systems.* * *Provide support in other administrative tasks as needed.* **Job Requirements:** * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting (degree and professional license required). **Experience:** * Previous experience in the mentioned activities; 1 to 2 years desirable. **Competencies:** * Intermediate knowledge of payroll processes. * Advanced knowledge of invoicing processes. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency with Office Suite. * Experience with Alpha ERP (desirable). * Discipline and organization. * Problem-solving and assertive communication. * Attention to detail and critical thinking. * Ability to adapt and learn independently. **What We Offer:** * Salary: $13,500\-$15,000 monthly * Phone allowance * Transportation allowance * Growth opportunities **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (1-hour lunch break included) **What Do You Need?** * Profile: 25 years or older, at least 1.5 years of experience. * Driver's license type A or B * Located in: Mérida (Zona Oriente, Col.
