Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in payroll management and compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Support during audits and preparation of working papers We are looking for a **Certified Public Accountant** who is detail-oriented and proactive, with solid experience in comprehensive payroll management and compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT obligations. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our human capital receives their payments on time and in full, guaranteeing strict adherence to current legal and tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * **Payroll Processing:** Preparation and stamping of weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll. * **Social Security:** Management of the **IDSE** platform (registrations, cancellations, salary modifications) and calculation of employer-employee contributions in **SUA**. * **Payroll Tax:** Calculation and filing of Payroll Tax (ISN) declarations. * **Settlements and Liquidations:** Accurate calculation of employment terminations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Reconciliations:** Reconciliation of IMSS submissions versus internal records and accounting. * **Audit Support:** Assistance with requests from regulatory authorities and preparation of working papers for audit reports. **Required Profile (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar payroll and social security positions. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (Pivot Tables, logical formulas). * Expert use of government portals (SAT, IMSS, SIPARE).
