Accountant with payroll experience

Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in payroll, ISR, IMSS/INFONAVIT, SUA, attendance incidents, severance payments, settlements, and COMPAQi Payroll system management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll and tax regulations (ISR, IMSS/INFONAVIT, SUA) 2. Proficiency in onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and severance processes 3. Proficiency in COMPAQi Payroll and intermediate/advanced Excel **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Knowledge of payroll processing: ISR, IMSS/INFONAVIT, and SUA * Experience in employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * Knowledge of attendance incident reporting, severance payments, and settlements * Payroll calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado) * Knowledge of monthly and annual ISR calculation verification * Management of disability records * Experience calculating special payrolls such as year-end bonus (aguinaldo) and profit-sharing (PTU), distinguishing between exempt and taxable portions * Generation of employer contribution provision reports * Knowledge of financial forecasting and projections * Experience with payroll systems (COMPAQi Payroll) * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills **COMPETENCIES** * High level of confidentiality * Ability to work under pressure * Frustration tolerance Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
