




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to manage the entire hiring cycle, from job posting to onboarding and follow-up with new employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end recruitment process management 2. Interview coordination and candidate follow-up 3. Administrative support and employee assistance **RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on employment portals, social media, etc. * Actively source candidates from databases, LinkedIn, or other platforms. * Receive and screen resumes. * Conduct telephone, virtual, or in-person interviews. * Coordinate final interviews with internal teams. * Follow up with new employees during their probationary period. * Provide administrative support * Assist employees * Distribute uniforms and personal protective equipment **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * 3 years of experience in mass recruitment * **Valid driver’s license; ability to drive is mandatory** **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of 12,882 * Food vouchers amounting to 8% * Savings fund contribution of 4% * Social security coverage from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs.
