In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising **technological projects—specifically Administrative and Operational Ecosystems—to deliver multi-assistance services**, ensuring on-time, on-spec, and high-quality delivery: **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper execution of the technological project. * Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Coordinate and develop team members under your supervision. * Define and plan project scope, schedule, resources, and budget for technological projects. * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Manage communication among internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and ensure successful delivery. * Lead follow-up meetings and decision-making sessions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Project management (use of tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.). * Budget and schedule management. * Risk analysis. * Effective communication and team leadership. * Programming and design applications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Master’s degree or specialization in project management is desirable. * Minimum 3–5 years leading medium- to large-scale projects. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2). **"We trust your experience will be a valuable addition to our team."** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
