You are a friendly person with an excellent service attitude, possess a vocation to understand, listen to, and attend to patients’ needs, follow procedures precisely, meticulously record patient data, and uphold high standards of quality, values, and service. You are a Laboratory Technician or Chemist with experience in healthcare—specifically in patient service and care, blood and culture sample collection, preservation and maintenance of pre-analytical sample conditions—and skilled at completing control records, using computers, registering patients at reception, as well as handling financial matters (cash reconciliation, billing). Undoubtedly, you are a committed individual who acts with integrity and respect, maintains professional and personal stability, meticulously follows procedures, complies with health regulations, contribute harmony to the team, remain focused on fulfilling your duties, and are commonly described as collaborative and able to work effectively in a team… Your role will involve performing operational processes including patient registration and reception, blood and culture sample collection using various techniques, proper sample care and preservation according to the Quality Management System (QMS), delivering results to patients, managing supplies, cash register closing, and assisting with official authority inspections.
