Opportunity for growth We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Personal and Executive Assistant to Management who will provide direct support to the General Director in coordinating administrative and personal activities to optimize their time and facilitate company operations. If you possess strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities, we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management and organization of the General Director’s schedule. * Support in administrative and operational tasks for Management. * Drafting reports and presentations. * Preparation of meeting reports and materials. * Coordination with internal departments and external vendors. * Support in the Director’s personal tasks, such as bill payments, vendor coordination, and follow-up on pending items. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or **executive and personal assistant** roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (**Intermediate Excel**). * Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (MANDATORY).** **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Opportunity for growth **Work Location:** *Sodzil Norte (near Harbor Plaza)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, *9:00 AM to 6:00 PM*, and Saturdays (remote work) *9:00 AM to 1:00 PM* Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
