Become part of our team as: Operations Coordinator **Objective:** Organize personnel to carry out meat product packaging processes, ensuring timely delivery of requested products without complaints. **Responsibilities:** * Specify and balance staff tasks according to the respective area; supervise inventory for non-conforming products and out-of-range temperatures. * Ensure proper handling of products and company assets. * Report and resolve incidents occurring during your shift—or the prior or subsequent shift, if necessary. * Assist in preparing reports, completing forms, and service sheets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in food product packaging processes. * Experience managing operational staff. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Completed high school education. * Commitment, honesty, and responsibility.
