Main Responsibilities: This team handles all customer comments, complaints, and suggestions received through various contact channels, such as Facebook, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, etc. We require outstanding customer service skills and excellent spelling. Although this position is 90% remote, all training (approximately one week) is conducted in person at our offices in CDMX, and occasional in-person attendance is required thereafter. Working hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with two days off per week.
