Contributes to a healthy and productive work environment **Human Talent and Culture Analyst – Mérida, Yucatán (Umán Area)** We are looking for a **Human Talent and Culture Analyst** responsible for attracting, selecting, and developing top human capital, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. This position is critical for managing the employee lifecycle—from talent attraction through retention—aligning each hire with the company’s values and strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative profiles. * Posting job openings on employment portals and professional networks. * Competency-based interviews and coordination of psychometric assessments. * Onboarding and orientation of new hires. * Management of workplace climate, internal communication, and wellness programs. * Coordination of training and follow-up on performance evaluations. * Administration of payroll incidents (tardiness, absences). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and employment platforms. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Competencies: assertive communication, organization, leadership, empathy, and ability to work under pressure. * Driver’s license (Class B). **Working Conditions:** * Net monthly salary: $15,000 (includes savings fund) * Statutory benefits from day one and savings fund * Meals provided by the company * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Selection Process:** * Interview with management. * Administration of psychometric tests. * Reference verification.
