Organizes training programs and supports other departments *A leading industrial maintenance and water treatment company is seeking:* **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Experience as an HR generalist. * Valid driver’s license. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment of profiles such as Mechatronics Engineers, Electromechanical Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, among others. * Payroll calculation using the CONTPAQ system. * Proficiency in IDSE and SUA systems. * Calculation of severance payments, final settlements, and vacation bonuses. * Updating personnel files. * Verifying compliance with working hours. * Incident tracking and control. * Management of various training courses. * Organization of activities to maintain a healthy workplace climate. * Support to other departments as required. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (breakfast and lunch breaks provided); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Benefits Offered:** * Statutory benefits. * Financial support for specialist medical consultations. * Utility vehicle for work-related errands during working hours. **Interested Candidates:** * Apply through this channel.
