




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive personnel management, ensuring employee well-being and compliance with key human resources processes and labor regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in special projects to foster a healthy work environment Will be responsible for ensuring proper personnel management and employee well-being, guaranteeing compliance with key human resources processes (hiring, terminations, and internal transfers) and adherence to internal policies and labor regulations. **Responsibilities** * Ensures proper personnel management throughout the employee life cycle by applying integrated, multifunctional practices to achieve objectives and KPIs * Hiring personnel (contract signing, explanation of payroll schemes and pay periods) * Submitting movement reports (hires, terminations, medical leaves, vacations, migrations, payroll scheme changes, document updates) * Monitoring employee follow-up to improve retention * Maintaining control and tracking of digitized personnel files according to established procedures and assigned projects * Managing workplace risks and completing ST-7 forms; maintaining records of operational staff medical leaves * Coordinating onboarding and reception of new employees, ensuring their integration to support operational coverage * Reporting activity metrics to the Human Resources Administration Coordinator * Participating in special or seasonal projects promoting assistant involvement to foster a healthy work environment **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Administrative Informatics * Minimum 2 verifiable years of experience as an HR generalist * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative processes * Ability to analyze and manage cross-departmental processes * Ability to analyze and manage processes, with capacity to meet objectives (KPIs) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee referral program * Company-provided mobile phone * Remote work Experience: * Personnel administration: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
