




Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with internal processes related to personnel management, documentation, and coordination of activities that foster an efficient and organized work environment. Main responsibilities: \- Manage and update employee files (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, incidents). \- Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job openings on employment portals, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules). \- Monitor attendance, supervise timekeeping records, incidents, vacations, and employee leave requests. \- Prepare periodic payroll and personnel movement reports. \- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding programs, and development activities. \- Maintain effective communication with employees and follow up on internal requests. \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Required profile: \- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. \- Minimum experience: 2 years in administrative roles within the HR area. \- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. \- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
