




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, hiring, organizational development, and provide employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel 2. Organizational development, onboarding, and training 3. Employee support and management of internal HR processes **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (job posting, interviews, candidate follow-up). * Preparation of employment contracts, personnel files, and related documentation. * Attendance tracking, incident management, and payroll process support. * Implementation and follow-up of onboarding, training, and organizational development programs. * Support in drafting policies, internal regulations, and official communications. * Monitoring of employee engagement surveys, turnover metrics, and performance evaluations. * Providing employee support on HR-related matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes, as well as labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate/advanced Excel). * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
