Problem-solving and autonomous profile with operational vision **ARQA is seeking an Executive and Operations Assistant in Mérida, Yucatán** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **Executive & Operations Assistant** Mérida **Role Objective** To serve as the operational support for GSS by maintaining control over financial records, procurement, logistics, and internal processes—ensuring smooth, orderly, and frictionless operations. **Responsibilities** Numbers and Finance * Record and track income, expenses, and operational expenditures. * Manage payments to suppliers and service providers. * Reconcile bank transactions and maintain cash flow control. * Issue electronic invoices (CFDI) and track accounts receivable and payable. * Support preparation of basic financial reports for management. Procurement and Suppliers * Manage the procurement process: request quotations, compare options, negotiate, and track purchase orders. * Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers. * Ensure materials and products are available on time and as required. * Keep an updated record of purchases, costs, and terms with each supplier. Logistics and Shipment Coordination * Coordinate and track product shipments to customers and distributors. * Manage relationships with courier and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries. * Maintain an updated record of orders, tracking numbers, and delivery status. * Support inventory control of products. Operational Administration * Organize and keep contracts, files, and operational documentation up to date. * Track internal pending items and ensure processes move forward. * Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Serve as a liaison among different departments to maintain coordinated operations. **Candidate Profile** Experience * +1 year in operational coordination, administration, or similar roles. * Experience managing procurement, suppliers, or logistics. * Experience with financial recordkeeping or basic number control. * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, data entry). * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Problem-solving and autonomous profile—capable of progressing independently without constant supervision. * Clear communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. * Operational mindset: understands how pieces interconnect and prioritizes seamless functionality. * Familiarity with electronic invoicing (CFDI / SAT). * Experience using accounting software (CONTPAQi, Aspel, QuickBooks or similar). **What We Offer** * $15,000 to $21,000 MXN gross monthly * Statutory benefits. * Role with real responsibility and daily variety. * Growing company with national and international projects. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Renewable Resources and Environment *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69b324f25200003400ca7611&source=indeed
