We invite you to join our team as: **CALL CENTER (TOURISM)** **WORK MODALITY:** ON-SITE **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or Public Relations (completed) * Basic general knowledge of Domestic Ground, Air, and Hotel Operations. * Experience in Call Center and Customer Service. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Interpersonal communication skills. * Verbal and written communication ability. * Proactive and detail-oriented. * Negotiation capability.
