It is part of the **PROEDUCA Group**, a global leader in Spanish-language online education, with over **100,000 graduates worldwide**. **We invite you to apply to join our community as a **Billing Assistant!** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Review historical allocation of pending payments to assign (PPA). * Communicate with the collections team in case of contingencies. * Track student receivables, adjustments, and payments. * Support the billing team regarding Mexican and international students. * Reconcile received payments against bank statements. **What are we looking for?** * Experience using Navision. * Ability to work autonomously and accustomed to meeting established deadlines. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathetic skills. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Experience performing similar functions. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Availability to work in Col.
