We are looking for a Production Assistant responsible for coordinating the operational activities of the area, ensuring compliance with production standards, and maintaining the proper use of supplies. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the operational team, ensuring inventory control, and managing the payroll of assigned personnel. Main responsibilities: \- Conduct and verify ingredient inventories. \- Organize, assign, and supervise staff activities. \- Place ingredient orders based on inventory and production needs. \- Handle and resolve team conflicts. \- Manage and lead assigned personnel. \- Cover night shifts on Sundays when required. \- Process payroll for assigned staff. Previous experience managing personnel or supervising operational areas is desirable, as well as flexibility with shift rotations. All our processes are free of charge.
