




We are seeking a Vehicle Administration Assistant to join Macropay. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet documentation. Your main responsibilities will include vehicle control and tracking, management of rental and maintenance contracts, and coordination with workshops and external suppliers. We need an organized individual with strong attention to detail and prior experience in vehicle administration. You will serve as the liaison between the fleet and various departments within the company, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and according to established deadlines. Your tasks will include reviewing and updating vehicle records, managing mileage reports, and monitoring expenses related to maintenance and insurance. Additionally, you will assist in route planning and tracking preventive maintenance schedules. A minimum qualification of High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in administrative roles—preferably within vehicle fleet management.
