




We invite you to join one of the most recognized companies in the Southeast region of our country in the automotive distribution sector. **Position Objective** Provide administrative, logistical, and management support to the company’s training programs, ensuring proper control, monitoring, and operational execution of activities, **with no responsibilities for delivering courses**. This position focuses on **training administration**, including compliance with the **applicable legal and regulatory framework**. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Training Administration and Management** * Control and updating of administrative training records. * Monitoring payments to training providers. * Budget management and expense provisioning on internal platforms. * Logistical coordination of training groups. * Booking accommodations, flights, and arranging ground transportation. * Organizing coffee breaks and assembling welcome kits. * Operational support before, during, and after training events. **Legal and Regulatory Framework for Training** * Administration and control of compliance with the **legal framework for training**. * Integration, safeguarding, and updating of regulatory documentation. * Monitoring of legal requirements applicable to training programs. * Support during internal audits or reviews related to training. **Administrative Support in Human Resources** * Control and tracking of staff vacation time. * Issuance and control of identification badges. * Provision of general services to staff. * Support in administrative tasks and HR department events. **Internal Communication and Design** * Creation of designs and graphic materials using **Canva**. * Development of visual artwork and content for internal communication. * Creative support for campaigns, announcements, and institutional materials. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. * Vocation for working in Human Resources areas. * **Minimum one year of experience in administrative functions related to training or human resources.** * Knowledge of the **legal and regulatory framework for training**. * Administrative control, payment tracking, and document management. * Proficiency with digital tools and administrative platforms. * **Proficiency in Canva** for designing graphic materials. * High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Creativity, initiative, and effective communication skills. ### **Important** \*\*\***This position is NOT that of a trainer or instructor.** \*\*\* Candidates focused on **training administration, management, logistics, and regulatory compliance**—not course delivery—will be considered.
