At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, managing work teams and client follow-up. Strong communication and leadership skills. Decision-making ability. JOB OBJECTIVE Coordinate and supervise the company's administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and compliance with legal and financial regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Financial management: financial statements, accounting, profitability, taxes. * Human resources administration: personnel administration, payroll, policies, IMSS. * Strategic planning: expansion and project development. * Operations management: administrative processes, property and maintenance management, legal regulations and compliance. * External relations: suppliers, clients, and authorities. * Analysis and reporting to the management department.
