




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to ensure timely registration, control, and scheduling of financial obligations with suppliers and creditors. Mission of the Position To ensure the timely registration, control, and scheduling of financial obligations with suppliers and creditors, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, agreed payment terms, and current tax regulations, thereby contributing to the proper management of the company’s cash flow. Key Responsibilities* **Invoice Management:** Receipt, validation, and timely registration of supplier invoices in the system. * **Payment Control:** Scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers and creditors according to established deadlines. * **Tax Documentation:** Review and system upload of Payment Receipt Complements (PRC) to ensure tax compliance. * **Per Diems and Freight:** Application, control, and validation of per diems and freight expenses. * **Reconciliations:** Support in supplier account reconciliations. Requirements* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (student or graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (accounts payable, treasury). * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **Office** suite (intermediate Excel). * Knowledge of banking portals for payment processing. * ERP system experience (desirable). * **Soft Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and teamwork. Location and Schedule* **Location:** Calle 41 \#475B X 50 Y 52, Col. Centro. Mérida, Yucatán. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
