We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who wish to be part of this global initiative defending children's rights worldwide. You will have the opportunity to invite people to become monthly donor partners, thereby supporting UNICEF’s cause in Mexico. **What are the requirements?** * Field sales experience in retail, intangible goods, etc., or at least two years’ involvement in social or humanitarian activities. * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health, or related fields (e.g., communication, sociology, law, psychology, philosophy, social work, international relations, etc.). * Strong verbal communication skills. * Results-oriented. * Proactive and self-managed. **What benefits do we offer?** * Base salary: $9,500.00 gross + $1,500 food vouchers starting from the third month. * Uncapped monthly bonuses based on goal achievement. * Statutory benefits from your first day of employment (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation days, etc.). * Ongoing training and coaching. * Domestic travel (including per diems). * Professional growth and job stability. * Additional paid vacation days and leave with pay. * Referral program (earn rewards by recommending friends). **Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 5-hour daily shifts (must be available between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.)** Required availability: We seek candidates fully available to cover rotating shifts during the following time slots: \* 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \* 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Flexibility to adapt to either shift according to operational needs is required.
