This person will help ensure material availability, support supplier relationships, and maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain. The role focuses on balancing inventory levels, meeting production requirements, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and execute purchases for both direct and indirect materials. * Manage inventory levels and analyze MRP requirements. * Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery dates. * Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure commitments are met. * Address material issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies in a constructive and solution‑oriented way. * Monitor purchasing KPIs and supplier performance. * Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to support operational needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience as a Planner Buyer, Buyer, Supply Chain Analyst, or a similar role. * Experience with MRP/ERP systems * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Advanced English. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a friendly and collaborative communication style. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environments. * Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Standard benefits plus additional perks. * Opportunities for growth and professional development.. **How to Apply** Send your updated resume to: **hiram.ballesteros@hardysolutions.com** **Subject:** *Planner Buyer – Juárez* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $30,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
