This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and logistics, with frustration tolerance, analytical skills, highly organized, possessing a sense of urgency and prioritization for task completion. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Operational service planning**: Based on vehicle and personnel availability, develop daily and weekly plans to optimize resources. **2\. Operation control and monitoring**: Monitor service execution in real time using digital platforms and geolocation, considering and managing unforeseen events such as delays, breakdowns, cancellations, etc. **3\. Interdepartmental coordination**: Manage and maintain good communication between key and strategic departments to achieve objectives. **4\. Compliance with regulations and operational standards**: Verify that all services comply with client requirements and applicable legal regulations. **What We're Looking For:** * Minimum 1 year of work experience (desirable). * Valid driver's license. **Required technical/specific knowledge:** * Short and medium-term route operational planning. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and nested formulas). * Geolocation and navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.) * Basic knowledge of transportation regulations (waybill usage, mandatory driver and vehicle documentation, etc.) **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,500 net monthly * Work schedule with rotating days off * Pay schedule: biweekly * Additional benefits: Birthday day off, life insurance, funeral expense assistance, personal equipment loss insurance. * Contract type: Indefinite-term * Company-provided cell phone and laptop
