Generate a real impact on the organization **HRTalent Consulting seeks a Human Resources Manager in Cancún, Quintana Roo** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a Human Resources Manager This position will be responsible for directing the HR department’s operations and ensuring legal compliance, organizational development, and team stability. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Comprehensive personnel administration (contracts, files, incidents, and attendance). * Payroll management, allowances, deductions, and accounting reports. * Employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with IMSS. * Coordination of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Management of labor relations, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures. * Oversight of severance agreements and termination processes. * Monitoring of turnover, absenteeism, and payroll cost indicators. * Development of recruitment and organizational development strategies. * Implementation of workplace climate and organizational culture initiatives. ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of IMSS regulations, labor legislation, payroll, and labor relations * Experience in operational companies or those with high turnover * Leadership, assertive communication, and decision-making skills **Key Skills:** Effective leadership, organization, proactivity, teamwork, flexibility. ### **What We Offer** A collaborative work environment, the opportunity to lead the Human Resources department, direct participation in organizational development strategies, and the possibility to generate a real impact on the organization.
