Therefore, we are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead talent management, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure efficient and business-strategy-aligned labor processes. This position will be responsible for directing HR department operations and ensuring legal compliance, organizational development, and team stability. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Comprehensive personnel administration (contracts, personnel files, incidents, and attendance). * Payroll management, allowances, deductions, and accounting reports. * Employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with the **IMSS**. * Coordination of **recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes**. * Management of **labor relations, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures**. * Oversight of **severance payments and termination processes**. * Monitoring of **turnover, absenteeism, and payroll cost metrics**. * Development of **recruitment and organizational development strategies**. * Implementation of initiatives for **workplace climate and organizational culture**. ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources**. * Knowledge of **IMSS, labor legislation, payroll, and labor relations**. * Experience in operational companies or those with high turnover. * Leadership, assertive communication, and decision-making skills. **Key Skills:** Effective leadership, organization, proactivity, teamwork, flexibility. ### **What We Offer** A collaborative work environment, the opportunity to lead the Human Resources department, direct involvement in organizational development strategies, and the possibility of making a real impact on the organization.
