




We are looking for a professional with experience in operational areas (engineering or construction) interested in developing as an **HRBP.** You will be the **link between Human Resources and the Production\-Construction area,** participating in strategic talent management processes, work climate, team development, personnel indicators, and supporting operational leaders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (graduated). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational areas (production, construction). * Interest in people management, work climate, and organizational development. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * **Must have a car or motorcycle.** **Main responsibilities:** * Act as the liaison between HR and the Production area. * Support operational leaders on talent and performance matters. * Manage work climate and conflict resolution. * Monitor personnel KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, efficiency). * Assist in organizational change processes and team development. * Implement HR initiatives within the operational area. **Compensation and benefits:** * Base salary \+ food vouchers. * Benefits: Above legal requirements—bonus days, half-day on birthday, gift cards, etc. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional Saturdays. * Location: Corporate office and construction sites. * Weekly fuel allowance.
