Therefore, we seek an **HR Manager** who will lead talent management, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure efficient labor processes aligned with business strategy. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive personnel administration (contracts, personnel files, incidents, and attendance). * Payroll management, allowances, deductions, and accounting reports. * Registration, termination, and personnel changes with the **IMSS**. * Coordination of **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** processes. * Management of **labor relations, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures**. * Supervision of **final settlements and termination processes**. * Monitoring of **turnover, absenteeism, and payroll cost** indicators. * Development of **recruitment and organizational development strategies**. * Implementation of initiatives related to **workplace climate and organizational culture**. ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field * Minimum **3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources** * Knowledge of **IMSS, labor legislation, payroll, and labor relations** * Experience in operational companies or those with high turnover * Leadership, assertive communication, and decision-making skills **Key Skills:** Effective leadership, organization, proactivity, teamwork, flexibility. ### **What We Offer** A collaborative work environment, opportunity to lead the Human Resources department, direct participation in organizational development strategies, and the possibility to generate real impact within the organization.
