Yucatán req29376 **División Motriz** We are looking for: Financial Planning Specialist Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree, diploma or certification in Financial Planning, Controllership or Business Analytics is desirable Experience: At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting roles. Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis and performance KPIs tracking. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar ERPs preferred. Strong command of budget consolidation tools and corporate financial systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal). Ability to synthesize financial data into actionable business insights. Availability for : * Hybrid work model. * Occasional travel to the United States (valid tourist visa required).
