**Responsibilities of the Sanctuary Nightclub Manager (6:00 PM \- 3:00 AM)** Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Staff under supervision: * Cashier * 2 bartenders * 3 waiters * 2 bouncers * 2 security personnel **Operational and Logistical Management** * Supervise the opening, operation, and closing of the club, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. * Coordinate operational staff, including waiters, bartenders, security, and cleaning crew. * Monitor customer flow and optimize table and VIP area assignments based on reservations and spending. * **Supervise and manage inventory control of beverages, supplies, and operational materials, ensuring efficient restocking and preventing losses.** * **Organize daily cleaning protocols and schedule monthly deep cleans to maintain the club's aesthetics and hygiene.** **Sales Strategy and Customer Experience** * Implement upselling and sales strategies to maximize revenue from bottle service and VIP experiences. * Ensure high-quality customer service by supervising personalized attention at each table. * Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally. * Train staff in sales techniques, handling objections, and customer retention. * **Design and enhance exclusive customer experiences by incorporating activations, live shows, and customized mixology.** **Environment and Security Supervision** * Ensure a safe and exclusive environment within the club by working closely with the security team. * Manage music and entertainment in collaboration with DJs and guest artists. * Monitor compliance with the dress code and entry policies. **Leadership and Staff Management** * Coordinate employee shifts and roles to ensure operational efficiency. * Motivate and develop the team using modern leadership strategies to improve performance. * Supervise staff appearance and behavior in alignment with Sanctuary's brand identity. * **Organize internal team activities to strengthen motivation, cohesion, and service culture.** **Financial Control, Reporting, and Inventory** * Supervise cash handling and sales reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency in revenue. * Prepare operational and sales reports at the end of each shift. * **Manage supply and beverage inventories, ensuring stock control and waste reduction.** * **Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee availability of key products and optimize costs.** Job type: Part-time Salary: $500\.00 \- $800\.00 per day Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Dining service * Discounted dining service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
