Job Objective: - Perform various branch operations in compliance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: - Providing customer service and support to all users for the various transactions requested at the branch - Identifying customer needs and capitalizing on sales opportunities during interactions with them. - Promoting and providing information about institutional products and services to customers and users.
