Responsibilities: Preparation of economic proposals and budgets using specialized software such as Neodata. Quantification of materials and labor. Analysis of direct and indirect costs. Technical surveys and documentation: preparation of sketches, isometrics, and photographic reports. Preparation of descriptive reports and detailed activity lists. Obtaining and comparing quotations for materials and services. Negotiation with suppliers to optimize costs. Coordination with work teams to ensure proper project execution. Monitoring progress and adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements: Proven experience in budget preparation and cost analysis. Proficiency in specialized software (Neodata or similar). Ability to quantify materials and labor. Capability to conduct technical surveys and documentation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Teamwork ability and project management capability. Unit prices We offer: Competitive salary: $16,000 \- $18,000 MXN per month (adjustable based on experience).
