Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with an interest in training and experience in operational or retail environments to support the annual training plan and onboarding activities. Required Profile: - Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. - Minimum 1 year of training experience in workplace settings (retail or operational environments preferred). - Candidates with sales or operations experience involving participation in training activities will also be considered. - Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, video calls, presentations). - Focus on follow-up, organization, and interaction with operational staff. NOTE: Recruitment-focused or generalist profiles will not be considered unless they possess predominantly training-related experience. Main Responsibilities: - Support the development and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan. - Conduct branch staff onboarding sessions via video call. - Update training databases and records. - Administer course evaluation surveys and consolidate results. - Prepare periodic departmental reports.
