To attract, retain, and develop the Institution’s teaching talent in a manner that ensures student learning and satisfaction through implementation of academic programs. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field. • Experience in educational administration and general pedagogy. • Experience in human resources. • Experience in teacher training and project administration. Develop your expertise in the following activities: • Teacher Attraction, Selection, and Hiring: Attract teaching talent aligned with the Institution’s Mission, Vision, and Principles, as well as its Educational Model. • Training: Plan and coordinate the teaching staff training program across undergraduate, executive undergraduate, and graduate school modalities. • Academic Body Management: Coordinate academic bodies (area-based colleges) to ensure academic quality. • Supervision and Monitoring of Teaching Activities: Ensure compliance with teaching performance standards. • Accreditations: Implement programs and activities requested by each of the Institution’s accrediting agencies (CACECA, FIMPES, ACBSP, and CONACI) for this area.
