Join the Talent Management Department as Talent Management Coordinator for Teaching Staff. What is the purpose of this role? To attract, retain, and develop the Institution’s teaching talent in a manner that ensures student learning and satisfaction through implementation of academic programs. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field. • Experience in educational administration and general pedagogy. • Experience in human resources. • Experience in teacher training and project administration. Develop your expertise in the following activities: • Teacher Attraction, Selection, and Hiring: Attract teaching talent aligned with the Institution’s Mission, Vision, and Principles, as well as its Educational Model. • Training: Plan and coordinate the teaching staff training program across undergraduate, executive undergraduate, and graduate school modalities. • Academic Body Management: Coordinate academic bodies (area-based colleges) to ensure academic quality. • Supervision and Monitoring of Teaching Activities: Ensure compliance with teaching performance standards. • Accreditations: Implement programs and activities requested by each of the Institution’s accrediting agencies (CACECA, FIMPES, ACBSP, and CONACI) for this area. We highly value your outstanding talent and effort; we offer the following competitive salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements: • Base salary: $10,358 gross + $3,460 net monthly food vouchers. • Statutory and above-statutory benefits from your first day of employment. • Vacation time before completing your first year (in December and during Holy Week). • 30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo) and 30 days’ profit-sharing. • 6% savings fund contribution. • Life insurance. • 50% tuition scholarship for EBC educational programs. • Direct employment contract with the Institution. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work location: EBC Mérida Campus.
